Q: Why the noise cancellation doesn’t work?
A: Please make sure the noise cancelling switch on the inline controller is pushed to “ON” position. Working light keeps lighting. If power run out, please recharge it.
Q: Why part that covers my ears is smaller than expected?
A: The earmuffs are round are semi-around-ear, and the oval ones are fully-around-ear. These headphones are designed as semi-around-ear headphones with small earmuffs that only cover part of the ear and provide good air permeability. Please refer to the headphone size carefully before purchasing.
Q: After 2 hours of use, my ears felt like they had too much pressure and were uncomfortable.
A: The headbands on both sides of the headphones can adjust the head size. Please adjust the appropriate head size until it is comfortable. It is recommended to take off the headphones every 2 hours to allow your ears to relax.
