1. How to increase volume?
Press the volume “+” button repeatedly and turn up your phone/tablet volume.
2. How to charge?
The speaker supports fast charging. It includes two cables and is compatible with your own fast charger and cable. If charging doesn’t start, try alternative chargers or cables. (Solid red light indicates fully charged.)
3. Won’t turn on?
Try a different charger/cable. If still not working after holding power for 3+ seconds, we”ll send you a replacement.
4. Bluetooth not pairing?
Check light: steady = connected to another device; blinking = pairing mode. Clear paired devices on your phone/tablet as a full list can cause issues. If still not pairing, we’ll send you a replacement.
5. How to reset?
The reset hole is inside the 3.5mm mic jack. Gently press inside with a pin/thin stick.
