Yes, This security camera support both 5Ghz WiFi and 2.4Ghz WiFi, When adding the security camera, ensure your phone and camera are in the same WiFi.
Does the wired security camera support 24/7 hours of recording?
Yes, After installing the Memory card,this wired camera will automatically generate a recorded video every five minutes. You can contact our staff to upgrade the firmware for free so that you can get a timeline showing the video of the whole day.
Can I view alarm videos for free even if I don’t have cloud storage?
Of course you can, If you don’t want to subscribe, we recommend that you use this outdoor camera with an Memory card, so that you can also obtain historical data of alarm records.
