Confirm that ANC is turned on , you can try to press the ANC button.
Can l use the headset with the audio cable only but without BT function?
Yes, you can use it as a high-quality wired headset without powering on. lf you need to use BT connection, unplugthe audio cable and power on the headset, then follow the”BT Pairing” steps.
What to do if l cannot turn the power on?
Check if the headset is in low battery state (red light flashes slowly). lf it is, recharge the headset. Turn on theheadset again after it is fully charged (steady blue light). If this doesn’t help, feel free to contact TECKNET for further support.
What to do if l fail to pair the headset with my devices?
Turn off the power, and then turn it back on. Pair the headset with your device again. When the headset is not connected over 5 minutes or the battery is too low, it will power off. If this doesn’t help, contact TECKNET for further support.
How to reconnect the headset and what to do when it fails to reconnect?
TK-HS013 will reconnect to the paired device automatically within 10 minutes every time it powers on. lf the reconnection failed, please try pairing again.It will power off if reconnection failed over 5 minutes.
