1. The wireless charger doesn’t work, it can’t charge my phone?
A:1) Please check whether your phone supports wireless charging.
2) Please check if your phone with a metal case, if so, please remove it because metal can interfere with wireless charging.
3) Please check if the display light is flashing, if so please reposition your phone.
2. Can I charge my phone with the case on?
A:The wireless charger charges through a phone case that is no more than 5mm (0.20 inches) thick. However, items such as magnetic/metal attachments/keys or credit cards can interfere with charging. Charging speed is also reduced when charging with a phone case.
3. Charging is not as fast as I expected, it’s slow?
A:Please try again with another QC2.0/3.0 adapter and another charging cable that supports fast charging. If your phone is a Galaxy phone, please make sure you have enabled the wireless fast charging feature.
Note: Fast charging requires a plug that supports QC2.0 or QC3.0 and the use of the included USB A TO C charging cable, which means that if your adapter and charging cable do not support fast charging, then this wireless charger will only charge your phone wirelessly.
