Q1: USB device not recognized? —-A: It is recommended that when using the USB hub (especially when connecting 2 or more hard drives on hub), first insert the desired devices into the hub, then connect the included power adapter, and finally connect the hub to the computer.
Q2: Can the USB-C port charge my laptop?—-A: No, the USB-C port only supports data transfer.
