Is the wireles charger compatible with Android Phones？

This wireless charger is designed exclusively for iPhones that support magnetic wireless charging, start from iPhone 12/13/14/15/16/17 and the later series.

Is the charger station safe to use when it gets warm/hot?

It’s normal for wireless chargers to warm up slightly, especially during extended use, such as long watching or streaming sessions. However, it complies with international safety stands, ensuring safe opertation.

Why the AirPods charging spot is not work for my AirPods?

This charging spot for AirPods ONLY support wireless charging case. For some AirPods models do not have wireless charging function , such as AirPods4(model: A3058), Airpods2(model: A2898), AirPods1(model: A1602), the charging function may not work.

Can a phone case affect wireless charging?

To reach the best wireless charging experience, we recommend use Apple’s offcial magnetic phone case. Case with non-magnetic may fall off the phone stand and reduct charging efficiency.

Why the charging station not work？
