No need. Please use the 30W USB-C PD wall charger which come with the box for optimal charging. Please note that using other multi-port wall chargers may result in less than 30W of power, causing some modules to not charge.

Is this charging station compatible with Android devices?

Not compatible with Android devices. The charging station is only for iPhone, Apple Watch and Wireless Charging Earbuds.

Can a phone case affect wireless charging?

For the best wireless charging experience, we recommend using Apple’s official magnetic phone cases. You should avoid cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging efficiency.

Which iPhone models are supported for 15W fast charging?

Qi2 15W fast charging only supports iPhone 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 Series running on iOS 17.2 or higher.
